With more than 19 years of experience as a trainer, instructional designer, and business
process improvement consultant, Georgia has had the opportunity to employ productive and successful methodologies
across a broad spectrum of industries and diverse audiences. She is a master trainer.
As a master trainer, Georgia has worked, over the years, with large and small companies to
strategically design and direct employee development to support organizational goals and objectives. These
organizations include Toyota Lexus, Sprint, Xerox, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Power and Light, First
American Mortgage, Owens Corning, United way, and others.

Georgia is the current president for the American Society for Training and Development of

Kimberly Beasley, Training Specialist, has more than
18 years of experience consulting, designing, implementing and managing training solutions.
Her professional experience includes building consultative partnerships with internal and
external business clients and partnering with clients to ensure accurate and measurable solutions.
In her role as Vice President at JP MorganChase, Kim managed various international
training roll-outs such as accent neutralization and cultural awareness training as well as managed and
developed corporate facilitators.
Kim has partnered with organizations such as Fireman's Fund Insurance Company,
Computer Associates, and Southern California Edison to bring solutions that will enable them to achieve
their goals in the areas of performance management, leadership strategy, cultural integration, change
management, coaching, consultative sales, mentoring, and customer service.
Kim's earned a degree in Organizational Development from the University of South Florida.

Elys Brewda, Training Specialist, has more than 20 years of experience
assisting organizations in maintaining a competitive edge. She does this by partnering with them to
identify their vision for the future through the development of their workforce.
She has partnered with organizations such as AT&T, American Airlines, Bank of
America, Boeing, British Telecom, City of Seattle, City of Tacoma, Columbia Records, Fingerhut, First
USA, General Motors Acceptance Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, MCI, Microsoft, Ocean Spray,

Her professional experience includes training and program design in areas such as

20 years. She has facilitated sessions to a variety of industries including financial, insurance, telecommunications,
airlines and utilities. She has worked in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Her audiences have

Judy is a master trainer and has extensive experience delivering train-the-trainer sessions.
She has the ability to deliver feedback to individuals attending her sessions in a way that encourages them to

Her commitment to creating an "easy-to-work-with" spirit provides a highly

Kathy's professional training experience includes both national and international

Through her dynamic facilitation and coaching, Sandra is most recognized for

Sandra's years in Training have included facilitating programs in: Becoming
