Workshop: Creating Performance Guidelines

During this interactive workshop participants will:

  • Determine performance expectations of the job roles of the people they coach.
  • Create customized Action Statement Guidelines based on these expectations.
  • Establish metrics for how to evaluate if the performance meets the Guidelines.

Included at no extra cost - Customization of the participants’ workbook:

  • If your organization already has performance guidelines based on individual job roles, we will incorporate them into the workshop.
  • Addition of your company’s name, logo and Vision Statement.
