Nancy Siedlecki, is the senior training specialist. She has been a learning consultant for over 21 years working with start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies as well as in the educational sector.
During her time as a director in the cable industry, Nancy found her passion in training and development. She has extensive facilitation, instructional design and project management experience working with employees from customer service agents to senior management.
Nancy’s personable, easy-going style combined with her real-world development experience allows her to understand the knowledge and skills learners need to increase their performance and productivity.
She has worked with companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, eBay, PayPal, Florida Atlantic University, Nespresso and Synchrony Bank. Nancy enjoys spending time between South Florida and North Carolina with family and friends.
Catherine Glawson is a master trainer and training specialist with over twenty eight years of domestic and international experience delivering customer service, coaching and certification training programs.
After a successful career in retail banking Catherine moved into the training and consulting field. She held the role of senior training consultant and then training manager while working with AchieveGlobal.
As the founding member of Premier Training Solutions Catherine has worked with organizations such as Electrolux, BCBS, BancoPopular, GE Healthcare, JP Morgan Chase, and Shire Pharmaceuticals establishing training initiatives, training their associates from front-line to executives and master certifying their in-house trainers.
Under Catherine’s guidance her family’s business ‘Dettmers Industries’ was named by Inc Magazine as “one of the best small businesses to work for” in the area of training. She lives in Asheville, NC with her husband Tom and their three four legged kids.

Catherine Glawson, founder and principal member of Premier Training Solutions, recognized that organizations needed help finding a way to move their service strategy out of the employee handbook and into the workplace via communication skills employees use on a daily basis.
Premier Training Solutions was established in 2001 when we were asked by JP Morgan Chase to develop a customer service skills program for 250 customer service representatives in their Tampa call center.
The success of that program led to requests for additional training programs. Through recommendations and references from JP Morgan Chase to other businesses and educational institutions, Premier Training Solutions grew into the respected training firm it is today.
Our training programs are designed for all organizational levels from front-line sales professionals and customer service representatives to supervisors, managers, and senior executives. Our student workshops and designed to enable students to move from the school environment to the workplace with ease.
